We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will not charge your card for any item unless it is in stock ready for delivery.

To place an order follow these simple steps:

Select the category you would like to browse on the left hand side of your screen, then when you see a photo of the item you want to look at click the green view button that is directly beneath the photo.

Once you have decided on the item you would like to purchase press the green buy button, this will automatically add the item to your shopping basket.

You can now either continue shopping on our site by adding other items to your shopping basket, once you have added all of the items you want to buy you need to confirm the contents of your online shopping basket, simply look in the top right of the page and click the green view button located directly next to the words shopping basket

You will now be shown a full summary of your order, although we show the delivery prices on every product page if you want to confirm the delivery cost of your teak bench before you proceed any further enter your full postcode in to the box that is located under the words "delivery estimate". Once you have entered your full postcode press the "show" button directly below where you have entered your postcode this will update the page with the delivery services available.

Most benches have the option of fully assembled or self assembled, select which you prefer and the shopping basket total will automatically update. Then once you are happy to proceed click the green checkout button located in the bottom right of the screen.

The next page that is displayed is where you enter your address and contact details, these should be your own address or the address where your credit card is registered (you can specify a different delivery address on the next page if needed). Once you are happy with your address and contact details and have ticked the terms and conditions box click the green "continue" button to proceed to the next page.

This is the last confirmation page of the checkout, it allows you to specify a different delivery address and select your preferred delivery method. You can always add some notes or comments about your delivery address in the box on the bottom left hand side of the page. Once you have confirmed everything is correct click the green checkout button and you will be taken to our secure credit card processing page to enter your details and complete the payment.
